We want you to be completely satisfied with FastlyConvert Pro. If our service does not meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscription purchases.

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • The request is for a first-time Pro subscription purchase (not a renewal)
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service

The 7-day window starts from the moment your payment is processed by Stripe, not from when you first use the service.

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual auto-renewals) are generally not eligible for refunds once the new billing cycle has begun. However, if a renewal charge occurs unexpectedly and you contact us within 48 hours, we will review your case.

send How to Request a Refund

There are two ways to request a refund:

Option 1 — Email Support

Send an email to support@fastlyconvert.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your FastlyConvert account
  • Your purchase date or Stripe invoice number (if available)
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helpful)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1–2 business days.

Option 2 — Stripe Customer Portal

If you prefer to manage your subscription directly, visit our Subscription Management page. From there you can view your billing history and contact Stripe support for payment-related queries. Note: refunds must still be approved by our team — Stripe's portal alone cannot initiate a refund.

Once your refund request is approved, the refund is processed through Stripe back to your original payment method. The timeline is as follows:

  • Approval notification: Within 1–2 business days of submitting your request
  • Stripe processing: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Bank posting: Depends on your card issuer — typically an additional 1–3 business days

Total time from request to funds in your account is typically 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation from Stripe once the refund is initiated.

If you paid via PayPal, refunds follow PayPal's standard processing time, which is typically 3–5 business days.

block Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • Subscription renewal charges where the billing cycle has already begun (beyond 48-hour window)
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Situations where Pro features have been substantially used during the refund period — for example, large-scale batch processing of hundreds of files
  • Requests based solely on a change of mind after extensive use of the Pro service

We evaluate each case individually and will always try to find a fair resolution. If you have concerns about a specific situation, please contact us before assuming your case is ineligible.

cancel Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund are two separate actions:

  • Cancellation stops future billing — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Refund returns money you have already paid — see the eligibility section above

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscription Management page or by contacting us at support@fastlyconvert.com. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

After cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan at the end of the billing period. Your conversion history and account data are retained, but Pro-exclusive features (such as batch processing and priority queue) will no longer be available.

If you cancel an annual subscription partway through the year, we do not automatically issue a prorated refund for the unused months unless you are within the 7-day refund window. Contact us to discuss your situation — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.
