• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Sharing accounts with others is prohibited

Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringe upon others' intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with normal service operations
• Use automated tools to excessively access services (unless API permitted)
• Resell or redistribute services
• Circumvent usage limits or technical protection measures

Pricing

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Current prices are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis
• Charges are collected at the beginning of each billing cycle
• All payments are securely processed through Stripe
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, please contact customer service to request a full refund.

Our Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FastlyConvert and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your uploaded files. We do not claim any rights to your content. Files are temporarily uploaded to our servers for processing and are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing is complete.

FastlyConvert respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content processed through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

Filing a DMCA Notice

Your notice must include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on our service
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall FastlyConvert, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastlyConvert, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you upload, transmit, or process through our services

cancel Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason without notice. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Any fees incurred before termination remain payable.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of FastlyConvert shall be resolved as follows:

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at legal@fastlyconvert.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may elect to have the dispute resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Dover, Delaware, United States.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

balance Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any action arising under these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
